Simple Japanese Dinner Recipes That Taste Amazing

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sake to create the teriyaki sauce.
  2. In a heated pan, add a little oil and place the chicken thighs skin-side down. Cook until browned.
