Instructions:

  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz yakisoba noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons yakisoba sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)

  • 2 cups cooked Japanese rice (short-grain)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Filling options: tuna, pickled plum (umeboshi), or salmon
  • Nori (seaweed), cut into strips

Instructions:

  1. Allow the cooked rice to cool slightly. Wet your hands and sprinkle salt onto them.
  2. Take a small amount of rice and flatten it in your palm
